Along with all the great shows, exhibits and pavilions HemisFair had to offer, visitors also has a variety of restaurants, eateries to choose from spread out across the fairgrounds. Food areas provided fine cuisine from around the world as well as traditional fair favorites, some of the old homes indigenous to the area served as restaurants for some of the participating nations at the fair.
No visit to a World’s Fair would be complete without purchasing a few souvenirs. On the left I have a brief description of variety of shops located on the HemisFair grounds. One of the many souvenirs sold was an official cookbook titled “Cuisine of the Americas”, which included 100+ recipes from around the world.
