In the fall of 2022 plans were released to the public for a 13 story residential building which borders the northern edge of Civic Park at Hemisfair. The building which is slated to break ground in early 2025 will consist of three levels of mixed retail and a 10-story apartment tower. This project along with the Monarch San Antonio hotel will create a grand entrance referred to as a “Zocalo”  connecting the park to the downtown district.
